REFUND POLICY


FEA reserves the right to cancel webinars. If a webinar is cancelled by FEA, a credit for a future webinar or full refund will be given to each paid attendee.

• Cancellation notice received by FEA at least 24 hours prior to the webinar start time: 100% of the paid fee will be fully credited towards a future webinar.

• Cancellation notice received by FEA less than 24 hours prior to the webinar start time: 50% of the paid fee will be credited to a future webinar, with remaining 50% non-refundable.

• Cancellation notices and inquiries regarding disputes/refunds of any other payments including, but not limited to, CES® annual renewal fees, continuing education credit approval fees, and CES® materials, should be directed to director@1031.org.
